Moderation of networks

How can we successfully organize and moderate our networks?

Networking is a professional necessity in many fields of work. From exchange to cooperation, from the representation of interests to quotation planning – networks are supposed to enable a variety of perspectives and synergies.

Often, however, network meetings are another unloved appointment in the anyway much too-busy schedule: recurring introductory rounds, long discussions, little tangible results and sluggish commitment are the consequences of lack of planning and inadequate moderation.

Design and moderation of our network events are therefore important tasks. It sets the framework for whether and how participants can contribute, how commitment is promoted, and whether, in the end, everyone feels their committement is worth the effort.
